He answered all my questions (and I had a lot of questions!) and was able to give me an appointment that worked with my schedule.  He was on time and called beforehand to keep me updated on his arrival time.  Jadier was personable and more importantly he was professional.  I admit I was a bit nervous about things not going smoothly and he put me at ease.  He was very responsive as well, both before the appointment AND after the appointment.  I was really impressed that his customer service extended to after the service was completed.  And I don't want to forget to mention how reasonable his fee is!  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My son recently passed in a motorcycle accident, and I needed a document notarized immediately from my grandson with the United States Navy.  His own Navy Bank wouldn’t notarize the document because it wasn’t from California.

I reached Jadier, with Notary Delivery and he walked me through the process!  He sent me a separate invoice so I could pay it. Forwarded the document to my grandson with a step-by-step instruction in an email.  That document was not notarized in complete within 10 minutes.

This was the easiest thing I’ve done since my son‘s passing two months ago.  Jadier was patient, kind and efficient!  Thank you Notary Delivery for the excellent service and compassion!

Answers before you book

Are you a certified signing agent?

Yes. Notary Deliver is NNA certified, with specialised training in loan document execution and residential real estate closings.

Can you explain the documents to the borrower?

No, and no signing agent should. We identify each document and show the borrower where to sign, date and initial, but we cannot give legal or financial advice. Questions about terms go back to the lender or title company.

How quickly do we get scan-backs?

Same day. Signed documents are scanned and uploaded to your secure portal after the appointment, and the originals are shipped the same day.

Do you handle printing?

Tell us when you send the signing order and we'll confirm printing arrangements for that package, including copy requirements and paper size.

What areas do you cover?

The five boroughs, Westchester County and Long Island. Travel is priced by distance from Bronx County — the mobile notary page lists the current rates by area.
