What is a mobile notary?
We offer mobile notary services throughout New York City and the surrounding areas. We come to your preferred location — home, office, hospital, or anywhere you need — and complete the notarization on site.
What is Remote Online Notarization (RON)?
RON lets you get documents notarized over a secure video session from anywhere with an internet connection. Your identity is verified electronically and the notarized document is delivered digitally.
Do you offer loan signing services online?
Loan signings are handled in person in most cases, since lenders and title companies typically require wet signatures. Send us your closing details and we will confirm what your lender allows.
How is my identity verified?
In person, we check a current government-issued photo ID. For online sessions, identity is confirmed through credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication before the session begins.
How far in advance should I schedule?
Same-day appointments are often available, including evenings and weekends. Booking a day ahead gives you the widest choice of times.
