Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing document count, signer count, location and urgency. Same-day mobile visits need 12 hours' notice — a remote session can usually be arranged within two hours. Business and bulk work can be bundled; ask for a tailored quote.

He answered all my questions (and I had a lot of questions!) and was able to give me an appointment that worked with my schedule.  He was on time and called beforehand to keep me updated on his arrival time.  Jadier was personable and more importantly he was professional.  I admit I was a bit nervous about things not going smoothly and he put me at ease.  He was very responsive as well, both before the appointment AND after the appointment.  I was really impressed that his customer service extended to after the service was completed.  And I don't want to forget to mention how reasonable his fee is!  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My son recently passed in a motorcycle accident, and I needed a document notarized immediately from my grandson with the United States Navy.  His own Navy Bank wouldn’t notarize the document because it wasn’t from California.

I reached Jadier, with Notary Delivery and he walked me through the process!  He sent me a separate invoice so I could pay it. Forwarded the document to my grandson with a step-by-step instruction in an email.  That document was not notarized in complete within 10 minutes.

This was the easiest thing I’ve done since my son‘s passing two months ago.  Jadier was patient, kind and efficient!  Thank you Notary Delivery for the excellent service and compassion!

What ID do I need?

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for every signer — a driver's licence, state ID, passport or military ID. The name on the ID needs to match the name on the document.

Can you come to a hospital or care facility?

Yes. We regularly notarize at hospitals, rehabilitation centres, nursing and assisted living facilities, and at correctional facilities by arrangement. Tell us the facility when you book so we can confirm access and visiting hours in advance.

How quickly can you get here?

Appointments are scheduled 24/7 and same-day service is available. Same-day requests scheduled within 12 hours carry a $25 surcharge; after-hours and weekend visits are priced separately.

Do you provide witnesses?

Yes, at $50 per witness. You can also supply your own — they need valid photo identification and should not be a party to the document being signed.

How are travel fees calculated?

Travel is priced by distance from Bronx County, starting at $85 in the Bronx and rising to $200 on Long Island. That base rate covers appointment coordination, the first notarized signature and travel.
